Richard L.E. Donaldson
 

Richard Donaldson is based in the firm's Ocho Rios office. He joined the firm in 1973 as an Associate Attorney and has been a partner since 1977. He is also enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He handles real estate transactions, commercial and corporate transactions, litigation, probate and estate work. He has been a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Council from 1991 and is a Justice of the Peace and Notary Public for the parish of Saint Ann.

Jennifer Martin works in the firm's Ocho Rios office. She has been a practicing Attorney since 1970. After practicing in Jamaica for a time, she relocated to Canada where she worked for many years in a law firm. She returned to Jamaica in 1996 and joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. She has been a partner since January 2002. She handles real estate matters, commercial and corporate transactions, probate and estate work. She is a Justice of the Peace for the parish of Saint Mary.

Garnett Spencer

 

 

Garnett Spencer is a partner in the firm and is based in the Ocho Rios office. He joined the firm in 2010. Garnett attended the University of the West Indies on a Jamaica Scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours. He is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School. His areas of practice are, Civil Litigation, Divorce, Real Estate transactions, Probate and Administration matters.
