Richard L.E. Donaldson
 

Richard Donaldson is based in the firm's Ocho Rios office. He joined the firm in 1973 as an Associate Attorney and has been a partner since 1977. He is also enrolled as a Solicitor in England and Wales. He handles real estate transactions, commercial and corporate transactions, litigation, probate and estate work. Jennifer Martin works in the firm's Ocho Rios office. She has been a practicing Attorney since 1970. After practicing in Jamaica for a time, she relocated to Canada where she worked for many years in a law firm. She returned to Jamaica in 1996 and joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. She has been a partner since January 2002. She handles real estate matters, commercial and corporate transactions, probate and estate work. She is a Justice of the Peace for the parish of Saint Mary.

Garnett Spencer

 

 

Garnett Spencer is a partner in the firm and is based in the Ocho Rios office. He joined the firm in 2010. Garnett attended the University of the West Indies on a Jamaica Scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours. He is also a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School. His areas of practice are, Civil Litigation, Divorce, Real Estate transactions, Probate and Administration matters.
